… but I’m fairly sure I’ve nearly, nearly exchanged contracts on this flat. I think!

In the meantime bobble and I had a trip to IKEA to check out fixtures and fittings have have been scouring the web for cheap appliances!

It will be interesting to compare the “sarah beeney” style ‘before’ renderings and ‘after’ photos :-)
