Sorry for the lack of posts – busy busy at work and getting things ready for the flat purchase. That’s currently dragging a bit – STILL waiting for the bank to decide if they want to approve the mortgage, there is a huge backlog apparently

Although we are also waiting for paperwork from the seller’s solicitor, so I don’t think we’re holding things up.

It’s weird, though, because for some reason I didn’t think the bank would be the slow bit. I was expecting all the to-ing and fro-ing with solicitors would take the time. Ah well, as long as it goes ahead – we’ve done plenty of fun planning with Google Sketchup and the IKEA catalogue all the same!
